God Roll: Full Choke, Accurized Rounds, Quickdraw, Iron Reach (PvP) OR Full Choke, Accurized Rounds, Slideways, Vorpal Weapon/Swashbuckler (PvE) Opening Shot is less risky and more viable overall for most PvP scenarios, and Vorpal Weapon can allow you to take out Guardians using their super easier (it's also the best PvE perk on the weapon since it gives extra damage against bosses or Champions in Nightfall strikes). Iron Reach in the fourth column is a decent option as well, although since snipers have high range already, the huge hit to your stability may not be worth it. Then, shoot for either No Distractions or Snapshot Sights in the third column and Opening Shot or Vorpal Weapon in the fourth column. In terms of perks, your best bet is to shoot for Corkscrew Rifling and Ricochet Rounds in the first two columns for flat boosts to range, stability, and handling.
It isn't strong enough to dethrone the current popular PvP sniper rifle Frozen Orbit, but it's still excellent in its own right and is an awesome option if you don't have a Frozen Orbit.
